Upgrading the control system on a poorly performing machine can be extremely cost effective and can yield major benefits.

Often the structure and mechanical systems on legacy machinery are able to be re-used. The limiting factor is the control system. Its difficult to operate, Its impossible to add new product profiles, It keeps breaking down. It's not able to supply OEE data or analyse operator performance. It produces too much scrap.

If you need to upgrade the controls on your machinery, I can help. I have retrofitted systems to dozens of machines in lots of different applications.  All the benefits of new machinery at a fraction of the cost.

    Any Application, Any Industry, Anywhere.
